For iPod touch and iPad:
If you choose you Country, Languages and your Wifi the iPod touch or iPad will output that your iOS Device UDID is not registrated. Then you go with a triple click on the home button in the voiceover mode. Then you drop-down the notification center with 3 fingers scroll down. After that you must click on the weather widget. Finally press the home button and you have iOS 5 on your iPod touch an iPad.

The following instructions are shared for information and educational purposes only. Apple is likely going to close this workaround in the next beta update. We have also been told that iOS 5 cant be downgraded to 4.3.x once upgraded on iPhone 4, 3GS, and 3G/CDMA iPads, which means that your device will be useless once beta 1 expires until Apple releases the final version of iOS 5.
