just followed your instructions 'how to activate iOS5 without developer account'.
It worked BUT i needed to change the order of ur steps and also added some info. For all of you who didnt managed to activate it, here is my way to do it:
1) Triple click the home button to activate Voice Over
2) Click 1x the home button and the Emergency Call will appear
3) Click on Emergency Call
4) Swipe with your three fingers down and the Notification Center appears
5) Let the Weather widget access your location and let it load its data
6) Triple click the home button to deactivate Voice Over
7) Click on the Weather WIDGET to switch to the Weather APP
8) Press the home button to exit to the iPhone's springboard.
